2 2/3 cups lettuce                    
8 Flour Tortillas warmed                
1 1/2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked                
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained            
1/4 medium avocado peeled diced

Corn Salsa:
    1 1/3 cups corn
    1/2 cup bell pepper diced
    1/2 cup salsa

Corn Salsa: rinse corn and drain.  Combine with bell pepper and salsa.
Set aside. 

Shred lettuce mixture.

Assemble taco by sprinkling 1/3 cup lettuce onto center of each tortilla. 
Sprinkle chicken, pineapple, avocado pieces and tablespoon of corn salsa.
Fold tacos and place one on each serving plate.
