6 eggs                       
1 quart cottage cheese                
1/4  to 1/2  pound grated cheddar cheese            
6 tablespoons flour
1/4  lb. melted margarine (or butter)
1 (oz.) pkg. frozen spinach cooked, drained and cooled

Beat eggs; add cottage cheese, grated cheese, flour, and margarine.  Stir in spinach.

Bake in 9 X 13 pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour. 

Can be made up to 24 hours ahead.  
Bake at 325 if chilled.
