PORK CHOPS SUPREME

Lean Pork Chops (1-inch thick)
salt
lemon slices
onion slices
brown sugar
catsup

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Trim excess fat from pork chops.
Place chops in baking pan or dish. Salt well.

Top each chop with a lemon slice and an onion slice; sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
Pour 1 tablespoon catsup over each chop.

Cover and bake 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
