Pecan Muffins

 

1 cup dark brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2  cup flour

 

2/3 cup butter, melted

2 eggs, slightly beaten

 

Stir the first three ingredients together.

Mix in butter and eggs.

 

Spoon into greased mini-muffin tin.

Bake at 325 degrees for 18 minutes.
