1 pkg white cake mix

1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.   Greased and flour bundt pan.
Blend all of the ingredients, beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 45-55 minutes until lightly brown and springs back at touch.
Cool 25 minutes and turn on a serving plate.

Glaze lightly with powered sugar, butter, vanilla  and chopped nuts mixture.
