2          beaten eggs

3/4       cups milk (I use evaporated)

1 1/2    pounds ground beef, pork or turkey

1          package onion soup mix

2/3       cups fine dry bread crumbs or 2 cups soft bread crumbs (I use one stack of crushed saltines)


1/4       cup catsup or tomato sauce

2          tablespoon brown sugar

1          teaspoon dry mustard




Mix first five ingredients together.

Bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours or 160 degrees on meat thermometer


Mix remaining ingredients.

Spread over top of meat loaf.

Bake 10 more minutes.


Let stand 10 minutes before serving
