LEMON CHESS PIE
 
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal

4 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell  

Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal.

Add eggs, butter and milk. Blend with electric beater.
Add rind and juice.

Pour into unbaked crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
