1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3 1/2 ounce can flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Beat eggs in bowl with fork.
Stir in sugar, butter, lemon juice, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes
Or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean; cool.
