CORN PUDDING

 

2 large eggs

1/2  cup whipping cream

1 tablespoon butter or margarine melted

1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 cups fresh or frozen corn

 

Stir together first 6 ingredients until well blended.

Stir in corn.

 

Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

 

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pudding is set.

Let stand 5 minutes.

 

Special Note:

            I add 1/4 cup onions and 1/4  cup bell peppers
